Does a Force Feedback Racing Wheel Make You Faster?

Is it true what they say? Does a Force Feedback Racing Wheel make you faster at sim racing video games? Well I just got my first wheel in a long time – and first ever with FFB, a Thrustmaster TX Ferrari 458 Italia Edition, originally for Xbox One but just as at home on my Xbox Series X, so I set out to find out. I set a lap in F1 2021 with my favourite car (The McLaren MCL35M) at my favourite track (Albert Park in Melbourne, Australia) with a standard Xbox Series Gamepad and then set about trying to match or beat that time with the Thrustmaster.

Weekly Vlog: February 1-7, 2021
